Packing and Delivery Charges

UK Standard Delivery: £2.00 per order.
UK Courier Next Day: £5.95 per order.
Europe: £14.95 per order.
Rest of the world: £16.95 per order.

There are NO extra charges when you order more than one set of stylers or any other additional items - order as many products as you like at no extra cost!

Orders to mainland UK containing GHD Hair Straighteners are automatically upgraded to FedEx UK Next Day so just select Standard Delivery and your order will arrive on the next working day between 0900 and 1700 provided your order is placed by 3pm. This ensures you can track your order and it is fully insured.

The following postcodes will be charged £8.90 postage for deliveries of Hair Straighteners and delivery will be made via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All BT postcodes, IV1-28,IV30/31/32/36/40-49/51-56/63, KW1-3/5-17, PH5-10 split I/S and I/H postcode/PH15-26,30-44,49-50, AB31-38,41 split I/S and I/H postcode,AB43-45,51-56, HS2-9, PA20-38,41-49,60-78, ZE1-3, KA27-28, FK19-21

Delivery via FedEx UK Next Day allows you to track your order.

Orders dispatched via FedEx UK will arrive between 0900 and 1700 on the next working day. If your order doesn't arrive please call FedEx UK on 0131 335 8800, please have your Order ID ready and mention your order is from our distribution partners who are thefunkygroup.

If your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail and you have any questions regarding the arrival of your order please call customer services on 01506 865 417, please have your Order ID ready.

Orders dispatched by FedEx UK Next Day on a Friday will be delivered on Monday between 0900 and 1700. Orders placed on a Friday (after 3pm), Saturday, Sunday and Monday (before 3pm) will be dispatched on Monday for you to receive on Tuesday between 0900 and 1700.

Within Europe and the Rest of the World all orders are sent via FedEx UK, Royal Mail Airsure, Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For Service and Royal Mail Airmail.

Delivery Times

Orders dispatched via FedEx UK Next Day will arrive on the next working day between 0900 and 1700.

UK Courier Next Day is a service from FedEx UK. This service is available Monday-Thursday with Thursday orders before 3pm being delivered On Friday. Orders made from Friday-Monday 3pm will be dispatched on Monday for you to receive on Tuesday between 0900 and 1700. 

We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders within 1-5 days. Delivery overseas is usually within 4-7 days. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the product on time. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at public holidays.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
